  1. I authorize Kosovo Customs officials to search my vehicle, luggage, and person as deemed necessary.
  2. I release Kosovo Customs from liability for any damage that may occur during the inspection process.
  3. I understand that while in Kosovo territory, I must comply with all instructions from Customs officials.
  4. I acknowledge that providing false information may result in administrative penalties, detention, or criminal charges.
  5. I confirm that all declarations made herein are truthful and complete to the best of my knowledge.
  6. I accept that any undeclared items may be confiscated and additional penalties may apply.
